Date: April 29th – May 2nd, 2016

Venue: Empress Angkor Hotel, Siem Reap, Kingdom of Cambodia

Theme: “SSEAYP Cooperation for a Greener World”

Objectives:

  • To create the opportunity for the reunion of former participants and host families in order to realize our desire to promote lasting friendship, understanding and goodwill among the people of ASEAN and Japan.
  • To help in the development of exchanging the information on activities of respective Alumni Association.
  • To support local community in promoting youth activities and social services at both international and local levels.

Registration open from: 10th Jan to  30th March 2016
Early Bird Registration by: 20th March 2016

Participation fees:

Cancellation Rules:

  • Before 30th March: No Charge
  • From April 1 – April 15: Half participation Fee
  • After 15th April: Full Participation Fee

The fee covers:

  • Angkor Pass valid for 7 days (at the cost of 60$)
  • Accommodation for 3 nights
  • Meals throughout the conference period (from lunch of April 29th)
  • Transportation as per program itinerary including airport transfer. (Please provide correct arrival/departure information in the registration form).

  • Opening Ceremony
  • Activity Report
  • Optional Program for Non-ExPYs, Museum Tour

  • Social Contribution Activity
  • Visiting temples (World Heritage Site)
  • Closing Ceremony – Farewell Dinner and Entertainment

Day 4: Monday May 02

  • Delegates return home
